Doimo Cucine Top Contact Centre
Recognised among the Top 169 Contact Centres in Italy for assistance before, during and after purchase. Fourth in the Kitchen sector.
This indication of quality was issued by the prestigious and independent Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF) based on a dedicated study of how consumers are assisted by telephone, chat and email during the purchasing process.
ITQF selected 1,000 companies among the most important in Italy with a contact centre. The group then identified a sample of interviewees representative of the Italian population by area, gender and age. All stated they had been clients, during the past 12 months, of the companies included in the research. The satisfaction study was carried out online in May 2022.
The survey collected 94,533 opinions to verify the level of satisfaction with respect to services received and, in particular, evaluate the accessibility, friendliness, competence and ability to resolve issues in the opinion of clients.
At the end of the survey, the ITQF issued the list of those who could truly claim to offer top quality assistance services for customer care before, during and after purchase. Only 169 companies among the 1,000 included in the research made the cut. Doimo Cucine placed fourth in the Home/Kitchen category.
