DoorBird now connects to tci ambiento touch panels

DoorBird's IP video door stations can now be quickly and easily connected to tci's luna touch panels. Bird Home Automation, the manufacturer of DoorBird products from Berlin, Germany, and tci have joined forces to ensure that the smart home solution is tailor-made to the needs of users.

"Our luna touch panels for building services engineering complement ideally DoorBird door intercoms," explains Michael Böck, CEO and owner of tci GmbH. Sascha Keller, CEO of Bird Home Automation, adds: "With tci we now have another KNX cooperation partner with whom we were able to implement the software integration very quickly. The DoorBird IP video door intercoms and the high-quality touch panels from tci are developed and produced in Germany and fit together perfectly".

The touch panels of the luna series, depending on the version with or without KNX connection, are the indoor call stations and the basis for building control and visualization. With a display size of 7, 10, 16 or 22 inches, they can be operated intuitively via multitouch. The integrated microphone and loudspeaker with echo canceling enable hands-free intercom in high audio quality. This makes the touch panels just as suitable for building control with door communication as they are for hotel reception or at the reception of medical offices.
