Grand Central project

Spanning 23,600 m², this project combines offices, retail spaces, and suspended gardens to enhance the Saint-Lazare station in Paris.

This innovative program integrates seamlessly into a neighborhood undergoing transformation, bringing new vitality to this iconic location in the heart of the capital.

Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer a high-level visual and tactile experience, with sleek lines and open volumes that encourage the flow of natural light.

Duten products, discreetly and elegantly integrated into the restrooms, have helped enhance these spaces while meeting the practical demands of daily use. Their subtle design and optimal functionality ensure perfect integration within this high-end environment.

The interior design was assigned to CALQ, who successfully magnified the key features of this space. The architect has created a place where innovation and aesthetics come together to redefine the standards of modern architecture.
