The Xyami Nova Vida Shopping, located in Angola, was opened in December 2015. The development’s commercial area is comprised of 23,000m2, where there is a total of 60 stores, a Cinemax cinema, a Kero hypermarket and an exclusive group of restaurants. For waterproofing the building’s roof, the chosen system was Effisus Ecoroof, as a means for energy efficiency improvement and building protection. For sealing the roof’s penetrations, such as air vents, Effisus Stopper was used, due to its durability and resistance to extreme temperatures.
