Effisus Project

The Fontes Pereira de Melo office building (FPM) 41 is located at the corner of Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo and Avenida 5 de Outubro (5th October Avenue), and is one of the greatest projects established in Lisbon that is currently changing the face of the city. It is commissioned by Barbas Lopes Arquitectos.

The tower of 17 floors stands out in the landscape of the city with its modular facade and sits on an area of ​​22,500 m2 destined for offices and shops. The project also includes a “square” with an “extensive wooded surface” at the base of the tower.

For this project Effisus contributes with the following solutions:

Effisus Breather Braze membrane: a waterproof, breathable, fire retardant membrane, designed for overall façade protection on projects with superior fire resistance requirements.

Effisus Ecofacade membrane: for waterproofing of the connections on the facade.

2Bond GO: a bi-adhesive tape for sealing between surfaces, promoting the energy efficiency of solutions and systems.

Adjoin TI: used to obtain a secure and permanent seal of overlaps between vapor barriers and / or breathable membranes.

KFP Adhesive: Effisus Ecofacade System adhesive with UV resistance.

SealXpand XTRA: a solution for permanent sealing of joints in facades.
