Effisus Project
The Grand at the Dubai Creek Harbour, is a residential project, developed by Emaar Properties located in Dubai. The project includes a skyscraper of 62 floors with an iconic standard form modern living. Near from the building there is the marina, and an open space for restaurants, retail and entertainment destinations.
The residential building includes a 1,2-,3- and 4-bedroom apartments, including penthouses, and podium townhouses. The premier residential building will also include infinity pools surrounded with cabanas, and a dedicated barbecue area, perfect to enjoy the days with family and friends. The marina lifestyle area, will include shopping malls, retail outlets and boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife venues.
In this project Effisus Vapour FR Class A2 system was used to prevent the condensation risk, improving the airtightness and consequently the energy efficiency of the building, applying an A1 Vapour FR membrane.
