The Impressive International Airport Zhengzhou Xinzheng, in China

For Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, which extends over an area of 400,000 sq.m., painted standing seam aluminium panels coated with Elval Colour’s orofe® pente were selected and installed.

The specially manufactured AA 5754 1 mm aluminium alloy was covered with a non-standard PVDF 80/20 coating, which had been adapted to the architects’ specifications. This high quality material was selected based of the building’s configuration and bending requirements, whose streamlined appearance is defined by its modern construction design and innovative materials, thus raising the bar with regard to the aesthetic appearance of airports all over the world. The series of painted orofe® aluminium materials, used as the main exterior material for each individual roof system, provides considerable advantages, including temperature and ventilation control.
