Bioclimatic facade - Composite membrane

Located in "Las Rozas Business Park" , in the north west of Madrid, Las Rozas Tripark was the first building in Spain to be awarded the LEED " Core and Shell" Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

Such a certification is awarded to buildings with high environmental qualities and according to technical criteria such as energy efficiency, water use efficiency , heating efficiency , the use and recycling of local materials etc.

Providing both solar and thermal protection bioclimatic façade contributes greatly to maximise the energy performance of buildings and increases the transmission of natural and homogeneous light by 28 %.

This building, designed by architect Allende (Spain), is fully dressed with Serge Ferrari bioclimatic façade stretched by Facade Textile International. Our team is proud to have contributed to such an achievement and obtaining this prestigious certification.
