Automatic draught excluders mainly suitable for inward or outward opening aluminium or PVCu doors. It is suitable also for Smoke Control Doors conform to DIN 18095 standard and Fire Control Doors, conform to DIN 4102 standard. The silicon gasket is of highest quality, self extinguishing and resistant to wear also with extreme environment conditions. The profile provides the utmost seal even on the external sides of the profile. The gasket holding profile moves in parallel because of a double action concealed mechanism, ensuring a perfect floor pressure along the total door lenght. It is easily extractable for periodical cleaning purposes. The safety springs, in the event of incorrect adjustment or obstacle, allow to 12 mm over travel of the control button with the gasket holdin profile jammed, thus preventing the door mechanism from being damaged. Projection of the control button is adjustable from 5 to 33 mm. Fully mortised assembling by fixing holes pre-drilled on top flange. This product has been tested up to 1.000.000 opening and closing door cycles.
