Finder at the new edition of the fair Smart Building Expo at Milan

Finder will be present again this year at Smart Building Expo 2023, Italy's largest exhibition dedicated to technological integration and home&building automation.

The most important event in Italy dedicated to technological integration and home&building automation will see Finder's participation again this year.

The fair, organised by Penta Studio and Fiera Milano, will be held from 15 to 17 November 2023 at Fiera Milano.

The 2023 edition will focus, specifically, on integration and innovation, with the aim of presenting the public with new solutions for increasingly automated and connected homes and workplaces, also harnessing the power of artificial intelligence.

The event represents a solid opportunity for designers, installers and industry professionals to meet first-hand with specialist technicians and discover the latest innovations in the field of advanced building and architecture.

Among the participating companies, Finder - present with a stand in Hall 6P - Stand D41 E42 - will present solutions dedicated to the tertiary and residential sectors, aimed at making homes increasingly smart, integrated and connected.

At the Italian company's stand, in fact, it will be possible to try out the functions and all the YESLY devices, the living comfort system thanks to which it is possible to centralise, in just a few simple steps, the operation of lights, roller shutters and electric blinds, electric locks and controlled sockets.

Moreover, integration with the Bliss2 smart thermostat allows complete management of the home climate in all rooms, even remotely or through the use of Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

A space will also be dedicated to both the new Finder YOU app - designed for use by installers and end users, which, unlike the previous apps, contains all the functions for managing the YESLY system and the Bliss2 smart thermostat in a single environment - and to the new Type 12.B2 Bluetooth time switch, an annual astronomical clock designed to manage certain applications in a diversified manner at various times of the year (e.g. bells inside schools, luminous assemblies in shops, irrigation systems or for public lighting)

Among the solutions on offer will be KNX products, such as actuators, power supplies, movement detectors and interfaces, used for the automated and decentralised management of lighting systems, shutter control, alarms and video surveillance, heating, ventilation and air conditioning monitoring, water control, energy optimisation, electricity and energy meter management, and audio systems.
