Grease Guardian exhibits in Tokyo Japan
Building on the successful national approvals
October saw Michel Fitzpatrick of Grease Guardian exhibit at the FOOD Systems exhibition in Tokyo Japan. Assisted by Mr Yoichiro Kusumoto of Hinode Global, national Grease Guardian representative (Japan), we exhibited both the GGXJ20 and GGXJ30 automatic Grease Guardian grease separators, both of which have the prestigious SHASE S217 performance standard, achieving over 95% reduction in fats, oils and grease discharge.
This is our second year of exhibiting and saw increased interest in this new technology to the Japanese market. Suitable for many types of japanese kitchens and cuisine types, these stainless steel units can fit into most compact restaurant and hotel kitchens.
We look forward to building on the success of the past two years, and look to expand the number of trade shows that we will participate in 2026.
