From Building Site to Car Factory: The Insulation That Makes It Possible
Modular construction’s efficiency gain comes from replacing sequential site work with parallel factory work — but that only works if materials are highly standardised. Conventional fibrous insulation defeats this: it’s bulky, moisture-sensitive, dusty, and short-lived.
