Gresmanc Group will present its innovative ceramic ventilated façade solutions at REBUILD 2025
Gresmanc Group, leader in extruded ceramic building solutions, will participate in REBUILD 2025, the reference event for the construction industry to be held from 23rd to 25th April at IFEMA Madrid.
At this edition, the company will highlight its Favemanc brand, which specialises in ceramic ventilated façades, offering comprehensive solutions ranging from production to assembly, backed by rigorous quality controls and recognised certifications. With this participation, the company reaffirms its commitment to innovation and sustainability in the architecture and construction sector, presenting solutions that integrate design, functionality and respect for the environment.
Large formats in volumes and finishes that are pure fantasy
The main novelties are linked to large formats in volumetric ceramic slabs of up to 3 metres in length that allow their installation from slab to slab with a single piece, responding to the demands of industrialised construction, and which are only possible thanks to the potential of manufacturing by ceramic extrusion.
Exclusive reactive glazes, metallic finishes and iridescent effects add to the power of ceramic extrusion at the REBUILD stand and will create a pure fantasy effect in the eyes of the visiting public.
In addition, a representation of the most ambitious designs and volumes in extruded ceramics, custom-made for projects from all over the world, will be on display. Ceramic extrusion makes it possible to create slabs with volumes and figures that respond to the wishes of functionality and aesthetics for building envelopes.
The ceramic ventilated façade, the most sustainable option
The ceramic ventilated façade represents countless benefits and is presented as a commitment to sustainable rehabilitation, both for the energy savings it represents and for the fact that ceramic is one of the materials that generates the least waste throughout its life cycle, leaving a smaller carbon footprint. In addition, Favemanc's ceramic slabs have a photocatalytic effect that gives them decontaminating and self-cleaning properties.
Another great added value of Favemanc's ceramic ventilated facades is the crucial role they play in mitigating the urban heat island effect. Favemanc's ceramic surfaces, by their very composition, when exposed to the sun, cause the sun's rays to be reflected in a greater proportion than the reflection that occurs on other materials and heat absorption is minimised. This makes Favemanc façades an ideal choice for architectural projects seeking to address the challenges of the urban heat island effect.
A dialogue between land, architecture and nature.
Minimising environmental impact has been a fundamental maxim for the Gresmanc Group since its origins. This firm commitment is embodied in an environmentally sustainable growth model that at the same time offers our customers innovative, top-quality ceramic products.
From the very beginning, its processes have been designed to take care of nature. With a raw material that comes from the earth in a natural way, it is worked, cared for and transformed into beautiful ceramic pieces of great strength and durability. In this edition of Rebuild a space has been reserved, designed by the landscape designer Fran Cisneros to give life to this dialogue between matter and architecture that will not go unnoticed.
Not to be missed.
