This sturdy and robust wire mesh, which is characterized by its tilted horizontal flat wires, is an excellent choice for sun protection façades. Installed over a large area on the building structure, the solar protection mesh creates a particularly homogeneous appearance with low transparency but good visibility from the inside to the outside.
In addition to its visual characteristics, the stainless steel mesh LARGO-TWIST 2045 also convinces with its good sun shading values: with a sunlight incidence angle of 60° and double glazing, the mesh with its tilted horizontal flat wires, reduces the energy input by more than 90%. In combination with sun protection glazing, a g-value of 0.02 can be achieved. By comparison, most of the used HAVER architectural meshes achieve with the same requirements g-values between 0.1 and 0.18.
