Occupancy Plus Sensor adopts 24GHzmillimeter wave radar technology and advanced human detection algorithm, integrating with human presence sensor, illuminance module, temperature detection module and two dry contact input function.

1. Upon Entry

2. Presence Mode

After dealing with mundane tasks, you might settle yourself into a cozy sofa, delving into an intriguing book, or scrolling through the news on a tablet quietly. In such scenarios, there is no worry about sudden changes in lighting or uneasy temperature fluctuations, as the HDL Occupancy Plus Sensor can accurately detect your presence and breath by utilizing advanced 24GHz millimeter-wave radar technology and human detection algorithms to keep relevant appliances functioning.

3. Energy-saving Mode

When you leave the living room and go to the bathroom for a shower, the Occupancy Plus Sensor mounted on the living room ceiling will detect a prolonged absence of human movement and breath. It will then automatically trigger the energy-saving setting, which initiates actions like dimming the lights with the 6CH 10A 0-10V Ballast Dimming Actuator, reducing heating output through the 6CH Floor Heating Module, and adjusting the air conditioning mode via the Air Conditioning Control Module.

4. Unoccupied Mode

If it is a long shower, neither shall you fret about energy consumption in the living room, as this smart home sensor will shut down all electric appliances because of no human activity for an extended period.

Such an application that appliances only function when there are humans present is also applicable in hotels and offices. This way, the smart sensor manages the power effectively and achieves energy efficiency.
