The reference is the location of Olten for Alpiq InTec. A central aspect in the planning of this building was its lighting design. Alpiq placed emphasis on installing light sources that create a feel-good atmosphere and that deliver motivating lighting to the office.

Accordingly, Alpiq decided in favour of the Waldmann LAVIGO LED free-standing luminaires in all of its offices. These luminaires feature easy-to-reach and multi-functions operating elements, but even more importantly, they are able to provide the highest level of lighting required to satisfy technical lighting requirements. In addition, the light colour and brightness of these LED free-standing luminaires are adapted to suit the actual time of day. For this purpose, the light colour and intensity of the light generated indirectly by the luminaire vary between 6,500 Kelvin of light, similar to natural daylight, in the morning to awaken the body and all the senses and warm white light of 3,000 Kelvin for a cosy atmosphere in the afternoon or indeed in the evening. This process comes closest to that of natural light and positively influences not only the hormone production but also the bio-rhythm of the staff. In this respect, Waldmann is a pioneer in the lighting sector. All of the employees at the Olten site are tremendously satisfied with the lighting solution.
