HISLE x BOULLE, Paris Design School
Passing on know-how
HISLE is delighted to welcome students from Boulle Design School, to our workshops in Vannes and Lyon. Elisa and Jules are preparing for their National Diploma for Art and Design Professions. As well as discovering the company and the HISLE lamp production process (one-offs and series), they were able to explore metalworking as applied to lighting.
The Boulle Design School, named after Louis XIV's cabinetmaker, is a college of applied arts and a high school for arts and crafts and interior design. Located in Paris since 1886, this public institution of excellence trains craftsmen and designers capable of combining traditional techniques with innovation.
We would like to thank Christophe Désiré and Nathalie Fandos for allowing HISLE to present its expertise to their students, and we are delighted to have been able to share our experience with them.
