The technological heart of Jolly remains unchanged, ensuring the same performance as always with Hybrid Cooling Technology: an innovative, exclusive and patented Ifi technology with a dual refrigeration source, which keeps your gelato always good, healthy and beautiful, protecting it during the delicate defrosting phases.

Thanks to an additional source of cold, which is only activated during the defrosting phase, the continuity of the temperature in the display case is always guaranteed, and the gelato never suffers thermal shocks, preserving its appearance and organoleptic characteristics.
