imi-wave: Red Dot award

imi-wave was awarded with the Red Dot in the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2024.

Every year, the renowned Red Dot Award: Product Design honors products that impress with their exceptionally high design quality, making it one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. The Red Dot Design Award looks back on almost 70 years of history: in 1955, a jury came together for the first time to evaluate the best designs of the time.

imi-wave follows the trend of depth effect - the sculptural design in the form of linear ribs and waves gives the concrete-look design surface a third dimension. The pronounced longitudinal ribs with their fine porosity convey a puristic design for a special room ambience. The special 3D effect lends the surface authenticity and elegance. Each panel is unique. Customizable through freely selectable colours and shapes, imi-wave allows for a maximum degree of diversity. Modern trend colors combined with a lightweight construction create creative possibilities. It is manufactured using renewable raw materials. Ground marble powder serves as the mineral component, while the organic matrix consists mainly of mass-balanced raw materials (CO2 neutral).
