Cersaie tradeshow is always a good opportunity to present the latest innovations for the outdoor raised flooring market. But what will be the news at the Impertek stand?

T-RAIL, THE NEW JOIST WITH CROSS SPACER

T-Rail is the new aluminum joist with double function. It has been designed to lay ceramic tiles and stone slabs of various sizes thanks to the special cross that allows for precise grout lines of 2 or 4mm.

THE NEW RANGE OF TILE LEVELLERS LEVELOUT - WEDGE

The levelling system LevelOut is the essential tool for laying tiles both on the floor and on the wall in order to realize a flat and smooth surface. LevelOut products solve any problem of unevenness between tiles as well as irregularities that can occur during laying and when creating joints.

The LevelOut Wedge system consists of three elements: a reusable and knurled self-levelling wedge, the disposable spacer, which, when places between tiles, creates the 1 or 2mm joint thickness, and the levelling pliers suitable for any tile thickness.

The wedge is to insert in the spacer hole, and, thanks to the pliers, it aligns the tiles and creates uniform and linear joints. This system is also equipped with an optional scratch preventer disc which protects the tile’s surface from any possible scratch while using the tool.

MINIPRO WITH EASYON HEAD FOR TILE AND DECKING

MiniPro is the new Impertek pedestal which allows to cover heights from 25 till 50mm with one single product. It is also possible to extend its height by using the new extension DOME 25mm high.

The shape of the innovative patented head EasyOn is suitable for small, medium, or big ceramic and stone tiles as well as decking boards. Moreover, the exclusive design of the tabs allows the easy and quick installation of the aluminum joist, with no need of additional fixings and guaranteeing the maximum laying stability.

Thanks to the special excursion and dual function of the new MiniPro pedestal, Impertek reduces the range of references and headpieces to a single product, optimizing storage space in warehouses and logistical management on construction sites, reducing transport costs and simplifying the calculation of quantities required for the project.
