Latest Bosch production line in Aveiro

Bosch has launched a new production line in Aveiro, Portugal, dedicated to manufacturing air-to-water heat pumps. The €12 million project spans 6,000 m² and has an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. Operational since the first half of 2023, it has created 50 new jobs, further establishing Aveiro as a key industrial hub.

These heat pumps harness renewable energy from the air to heat or cool spaces and provide hot water, enhancing energy efficiency while reducing CO2 emissions. This initiative aligns with Bosch’s commitment to sustainable and responsible technological solutions.

Efficient lighting ensured by Indelague and Motrinde partnership

To optimise the functionality of the facility, a high-performance lighting system was implemented by Indelague Group in collaboration with Motrinde - Montagens Técnicas e Reparações Industriais, S.A. The use of the PAS Product ensured uniform, energy-efficient lighting tailored to the industrial requirements, supporting Bosch’s sustainability goals.
