CA Vida – New Corporate Offices of Crédito Agrícola Group

The new CA Vida offices, part of Crédito Agrícola Group, reflect a modern vision of the workplace, where architecture, comfort, sustainability, and well-being come together to create an environment designed for the challenges of contemporary organizations.

Located within the Bloom Building in Sete Rios, Lisbon, the new offices benefit from an outstanding architectural setting. Designed by FSIMOES Architects, the building stands out for its contemporary language, strong environmental commitment, and for being one of the first office buildings in Portugal to achieve Energy Class A certification.

With privileged views over the Águas Livres Aqueduct and Monsanto Park, Bloom provides a distinctive working environment where natural light, energy efficiency, and high-quality spaces contribute to a more comfortable and productive experience.

The interior design project was developed to respond to new workplace dynamics, prioritizing open, flexible, and collaborative spaces. Each area was carefully designed to encourage interaction between teams while maintaining the levels of concentration and privacy required for different organizational functions.

Lighting plays a key role in shaping these environments. Seamlessly integrated into the architecture, the lighting solutions provided by Indelague Group contribute to visual comfort while reinforcing the aesthetic identity of the spaces.

Combining contemporary design, high energy efficiency, and state-of-the-art LED technology, the installed solutions deliver uniform and comfortable illumination, reducing glare and creating optimal conditions for daily activities. Beyond its technical function, lighting also plays an architectural role, enhancing volumes, materials, and the overall user experience throughout the workspace.

The commitment to energy-efficient solutions is fully aligned with the sustainability goals of both the building and the organization, helping reduce energy consumption while creating more responsible and future-ready workplaces.

The result is a corporate environment that goes beyond functionality. The new CA Vida offices provide a space where collaboration, innovation, and well-being coexist naturally, reflecting the evolution of modern work models and the growing importance of employee experience.

This project demonstrates how the integration of architecture, interior design, and lighting can transform the workplace into a more human-centered, efficient, and inspiring environment, capable of meeting the evolving needs of organizations and their people.
