F4: New facade for more architectural freedom

On this project, the façade F4 allowed to combine lightness and adaptability of a post and beam structure which could not receive any additional masonry and had irregular dimensions.

Benefits F4 construction system:

• High thermal and acoustic performance;

• Limited on the structure column and beam and floor (which should be strengthened) making possible a heightening of the building overloads;

• Saves time on site by using the configurator F4 allowing a custom layout plan and eliminated any need for cutting profiles on site (screwing and bolting);

• Architectural freedom thanks to the variety compatible with the F4 front facings.

• Improved analysis of the project life cycle with a dry assembly industry;

• Skill and associated Isover PLACO to meet the requirements of the ERP regulations and get the BBC label;

• Save space: 60m compared to a traditional R equivalent.
