THE STATE OF GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY

For at least two decades, the need to adopt sustainable measures globally has reached a point of unprecedented urgency. But it was not until the Sustainable Development Summit, held by the UN in September 2015, that new measures were adopted that would be the guide for the countries of the world, towards a greener, sustainable and cleaner planet for all.

The Agenda for Sustainable Development has since been implemented throughout the five continents. However, the implementation of these provisions has been efficient to different extents in different parts of the world, due to a variety of factors.
