GOBOAT WON THE IVÆKST ENTREPRENEURIAL IDEALIST AWARD

The solar-powered range of picnic boats and its terminal were dreamt up by the 3 Danish entrepreneurs Carl Kai Rand, Kasper Eich-Romme and Anders Mørck. The project was designed with nature and sustainability considerations at its core and strived to create a maritime oasis in the heart of Denmark''s capital city. Kebony''s sustainably treated timber cladding lent the project a refined aesthetic that was in keeping with the clean, natural appearance of the dock and boats in addition to upholding GoBoat''s sustainability considerations.

The award aims to promote and nurture innovation in business in Danish companies by focusing on inspiring stories of successful businesses and the enthusiasm of their pioneering founders. By winning the award GoBoat has been recognised for its entrepreneurialism and idealism.
