NEW: facade cladding metal sheet by KME

Amorphous structures, wave shapes, three-dimensional patterns, spherical impressions in copper: with TECU®_shape, TECU® surfaces are now complemented by a third dimension.

For building applications this means livelier, more individual facades with a very expressive presence. The natural copper surfaces now seem to take different appearances at various times of day and night; every change of light and shadow works magically upon the metal surface. The long-term change in appearance also seems different from what we are used to: since the natural oxidation process on copper depends on surface inclination, the colour changes on three-dimensional surfaces differ considerably from those on flat ones.

The TECU®_shape range embodies the three-dimensional shapes realized on the TECU® surfaces by hammering, stamping and hydroforming. These processes preserve the positive TECU® properties, such as easy processing, durability and economy.

Size and availability

The three-dimensional TECU®_shape structures are available on request in many designs and in all the TECU® surfaces apart from TECU® Zinn.

All dimensions listed below relate to any type of three-dimensional structure and refer to semi-finished products e.g. sheets and strips, and are standard sizes. Other dimensions are available on request.
