Training on fully automated safe deposit boxes

Training report

From August 19 to August 30, Kumahira held a training session for engineers from Shun Hing Technology Co., Ltd. (SHTEC), our distribution partner in Hong Kong. In this session, they learned about the installation and management of fully automated safe deposit boxes. SHTEC was established in 1985 and provides advanced technology products to commercial institutions and households in Hong Kong and Macau. In recent years, SHTEC has focused on developing various growth markets such as the electric vehicle market, IoT, and e-commerce solutions, and provides one-stop business solutions for business users, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government departments, and enterprises.

In the process, they received training at Kumahira headquarters in Hiroshima, Japan, to sell the fully automated safe deposit box model MFXb, a cutting-edge secure storage solution, to the Hong Kong market. The training delved deep into the setup of this state-of-the-art unit, equipping SHTEC engineers with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in assembling modular vault panels, installing internal devices, managing electrical wiring, and operating the monitoring software. Despite the complexity and rigor of the training, SHTEC engineers quickly picked up on the instructions and techniques imparted by the Kumahira team, significantly improving their skill sets.

We look forward to working with SHTEC to use their outstanding technical and sales capabilities to promote the presence of sophisticated, fully automated safe deposit boxes in the Hong Kong market, bringing a breath of fresh air to a market dominated by manual safe deposit boxes.
