This new residential building designed by Studio Goodfor is one of a kind and, owing to its scale and type, it has become a benchmark for the urban fabric of the city of Turin.

Its ventilated façade offers particular styling and environmental prestige: the external covering is made with LAMINAM slabs from the I Naturali Pietre - Pietra di Savoia Grigia series.

The strict geometric shape of the building is the most distinguishing feature of the construction, where the spaces are arranged with a modern layout.

The use of Laminam ceramic slabs to cover the façade, applied onto an exterior insulation finishing system, fully permits the expression of the geometric style conceived by the architectural project and concurrently guarantees that this residential building achieves superior energy performance and climatic comfort levels inside the dwellings. The selection of porcelain stoneware as the material of choice is in keeping with the focus on nature expressed by both the large floor-to-ceiling windows and the hill-view terraces allowing sunlight to filter through and casting natural light over the interiors.
