LAMINAM TREDI AND OXIDE FOR THE VENTILATED FACADES IN MILAN

The most important architectural references include the new ventilated façade of this Office Building in Piazza Erculea 9 in Milan, in the Missori area, designed by the architectural firm Guidarini & Salvadeo Architetti Associati, which revamped the existing building with an elegant cladding using LAMINAM slabs from the Tredi Carbonio collection. The colour chosen was an extremely sophisticated grey suitable for the urban surroundings.

The Oxide Perla collection was chosen for the walls of the upper floors of the protruding central part of the building, creating a sophisticated twin colour effect in white and grey. This has dynamically enhanced the entire façade without losing its elegance, thus making it perfect for the sober-chic milieu of Milan and its purpose of representing the bank and acting as a reception area.

Of all the Laminam surfaces, Tredi is certainly the most technical and is specifically classified for its superb antigrip properties. The structure of the slab is perforated through its thickness, making it extremely stable and sturdy, with an effect of thickness resembling a textile weave.

The collection was designed to add a touch of personality, due to an exclusive technique of layering Oxides, which reproduces the effect of metal oxide that forms in reaction to the atmospheric agents, the sun and time. The depth of the material itself and the colours create totally unusual and refined three-dimensional effects for a total look in interior and outdoor design, in any style, from the most classic to the most extreme.
