Court Yard by Francesco Rota

Lema reconfirms the usual discretion of its creative language through the grace of the design and the sophisticated finishes of its proposals. Among them, Court Yard by Francesco Rota, is a modular container in wood with day compartments and sliding doors, that re-interprets the taste and creativity typical of the industrial design of the ‘60s. Result of Francesco Rota’s work on the theme of containment, Court Yard, with structures and metal feet, is thought to be combined to all Lema’s padded furniture. Available also in the small table version, has tops in wood that can be embellished by a thin metal slab, while the handles of the sliding doors are in extruded aluminium.

The light design approach of Court Yard is the leitmotif of all the collections of furniture and complements by Lema, company specialized in modular systems for the living/bedroom area, that throughout its 40 year history, thanks to its technical know-how, has built a complete range for the home consisting of large furniture systems to chairs, sofas, tables, storage, beds and furnishing accessories. Indeed in recent years, Lema’s products have transpired to a lifestyle; a sophisticated and contemporary approach to living that relies on the understated and lived-in aesthetics of Lema products: this is Lema home, a place where design comes in on tiptoe, embracing a lifestyle away from clamor and pretentiousness; a retreat, free from the constraints which promotes peace and sharing emotions. What it communicates are not just individual pieces but the whole, offering original aesthetic ideas for houses that are not afraid to reveal their more intimate character.

At the base there is a constant research that approaches the trends, anticipating and exceeding the expectations of customers that are more and more international, with collections that appeal for their personal character, always pertinent to the brand's essence. A precise choice of taste that Lema pursues since the beginning being able to combine an expert craftsmanship approach with the most innovative technological processes.

The transformation of the handicraft ability in highly mechanized processes has enabled the brand to offer a unique product, adaptable and tailor made, but with the advantages of a modern mass production, while keeping the focus on that details typical of the human work.
