With the opening of the new offices in Soho, Lema grows in the US through residential contract.
Lema has been selected as preferred partners for the wardrobes supply of 565 Broome Soho, the first residential building designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop in New York.
Taking place during ICFF, Lema has organised an exclusive evening in partnership with the developer Bizzi & Partners and Doulgas Elliman Real Estate in one of the luxurious duplex apartments of the new 565 Broome Soho. The large apartment furnished by Lema is part of the first residential project signed by Renzo Piano Buiding Workshop in New York.
In the heart of Soho, close to 6th Avenue and the Hudson River, 565 Broome Soho is a 99-meter-high 30-storey tower with apartments ranging in size from 92 to 234 square meters where Lema has already supplied the wardrobes for some of the apartments in addition to the Duplex.
A new prestigious reference for Lema that has recently also taken care of the custom-made furnishings of the rooms of the iconic Lutetia hotels in Paris and Great Scotland Yard in London.
565 Broome Soho is the first project of a series of partnerships already underway in the USA, a dynamic and increasingly strategic market for Lema, which opened an office with an exhibition space in a prestigious building last September in SoHo.
The USA market together with the Far East markets are in fact at the center of the development of Lema, an increasingly international company that is planning for the next three years the opening of 40 new flagship stores of which twenty solely in China.
