A visionary office concept with high-end office furniture Made in Germany.
The client realized now with fickenscher architektur +, the Schäfer Büromöbel GmbH and LEUWICO in the over 100-year-old factory building a visionary office concept, which follows the sustainable thoughts of the building upcycle and creates a contemporary and pleasant environment for all employees. Preserving the authentic building fabric in the course of a total rebuilding on the second floor a modern open-space office space was created for around 50 employees. The planning layout is designed for employee growth. Completely new spatial structures that allow transparency and flexibility, shape the creative idea. Through a change from open and closed areas of residence and work areas as well as the equipment with suitable furniture and media technology the communication among the employees is stimulated and supported. The combination of serial device parts
with individual customized products plays an important role in this concept.
On the whole floor numerous quite different designed meeting places are spread where conversations, information exchange or even teamwork can develop. A high level of transparency determines the spatial design but yet the individual employees find in some areas a quietness to work that is not quite self-evident for open office organizations. Ergonomic office chairs offer the employees and visitors optimal seating. The individual height-adjustable desks iMOVE-F with the clever, manual H2 quick adjustment make a real variability in the provision of daily work possible. Textile elements, curtains and double roller blinds play an important part in the sun and glare protection, in the space design and in room acoustics as well.
