Award-winning design at the REWE headquarters in the West region

Winner of the IF DESIGN AWARD 2025

The REWE MEET & GREET project at the REWE Region West headquarters in Hürth near Cologne is an impressive example of how a space from the 1980s can be transformed into a modern, flexible and inspiring working environment. A design that was honoured with the IF DESIGN AWARD 2025.

The aim of the redesign was to create a prestigious and inviting environment that would remain versatile in the future thanks to its flexible and sustainable design. The newly created space offers individually designed zones for meetings, collaboration and events.

A key design highlight of the urban space is Lightnet's Liquid Line system luminaire, designed in the shape of a Carrera racing circuit. Its curved shape provides an exciting contrast to the clean lines of the architecture and emphasises the open feel of the space. In addition to its aesthetic effect, the luminaire also fulfils a functional role. Flexible lighting control allows different atmospheres to be created to suit meetings, creative collaboration or events.
