LIGMAN USA was established in its current form back in 2010 and has since quickly grown into one of the biggest global success stories for LIGMAN and a well-known and respected manufacturer in the region.

Headed by Neil and Liz Gillies and based in Hillsboro, near Portland, in Oregon, LIGMAN USA has over 30 staff and operates out of a dedicated factory with a total area covering 15,000 m2 (135,000 ft2) which is currently under an expansion program to provide more factory space and new customer showroom facilities.

As well as meeting all other international company and product standards, such as ISO, CE VDE and ENEC, LIGMAN USA manufacturers and supplies luminaires to the North American market that has all been tested and certified by ETL to the required UL Standards UL1598 and UL8750.

UL certification requires testing of products according to nearly 200 safety and performance standards and regular facility auditing and the ETL Listed Mark and C-ETL Listed Mark are accepted throughout the United States and Canada when denoting compliance with nationally recognized standards such as ANSI, IEC, UL, and CSA.

LIGMAN USA now serves partners and customers in every US State, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all of Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua.
