Infinito Campari

Art and light to celebrate the history of the Campari group

For the “Infinito Campari” technical lighting project, various Linea Light Group products were selected. We find Arcada, in RGB and single-emission version with radial optics. This marks and highlights the perimeters of the hedges and is mounted on a special, custom support created ad hoc for the project.

The linear element Dirigo, on the other hand, outlines the entire path that leads to the work. A ground-installation profile designed to light walkways and paths, it conceals the source from sight, creating grazed lighting with controlled luminance and without glare. For the work, it was used in the short 50cm version, customised during installation to best adapt to the design needs.

Two products were selected to outline the profile of the sculpture, at the centre of the garden: Iris67 and Orma. Around the work, we find Iris67 projectors with adjustable optics, created specifically for the outdoors and plant lighting, placed on telescopic posts. Last, but not least, inside the sculpture we find the Orma uplight in RGBW version. Its extreme compactness made it the most suitable choice to highlight the contrasts of Rainaldi’s sculptural work.

The technical lighting project was achieved with the integration of the DMX protocol and RealT control units, which allowed numerous lighting scenarios to be created where a wide variety of colours bring the work to life depending on the time of day and the situations.
