Ulma Family Museum of Poles Saving Jews, Markowa, Poland
Museum
Has been designed by Mirosław Nizio - valued creator in the field of modern architectural solutions in museums. The minimalistic and raw solid, with its shape referring to a primitive rural home, is a symbol of the continuity of historical time and place. On the other hand, it reveals the drasticity and importance of the situation. The building in its semi-glazed facade conceals a mystery that the recipient will discover only while exploring. The following luminaries have been used for the interior decoration: LUPO, GOLF, TRACER, CRACK, EXOPO, CUBE.
The project won first place in the competition for the development of the architectural concept of the Museum
