Our new timber house HILLSDALE is travelling to New York where it will be assembled in the fashionable district of the same name!

Its simple yet smooth shapes make this house particularly unique and functional. Small projection in front of the house plays a very important role in the design of this project. In summertime it protects the house from direct sunlight which helps to keep the rooms cool yet full of light. In wintertime, on the contrary, sun gets lower but the house still gets the lights streaming through all living areas and make them warm.
