For its fiftieth anniversary Cobra will be sporting a new look!

Featured in design fairs such as “Space Age Lights” held at the Triennale Design Museum di Milano and chosen for its futuristic design in films like “Men in Black III”, with its new look Cobra is once again reconfirming its value as it overtakes the fashion trends without ever losing its charm!
Martinelli Luce is celebrating in great style the 50th anniversary of the Cobra lamp, designed by Elio Martinelli in 1968. Among the creators already at work on the design of the texture that will be applied to the Cobra lamp, are the “friends” who knew and worked with Elio Martinelli, together with the designers who work with the company today. The “artistic” interpretations will form part of the exhibition itinerary starting on 27 February 2018 at the Triennale di Milano on occasion of the press conference to present the new ‘Cobra 50 years’, which still today stands out for its unmistakable shape similar to the movement of the snake that gave it its name. Each texture-project will be produced in 30 numbered copies.
