MEAKERB for the modernization of the ''Al Fateh Highway'' in Bahrain!
The MEAKERB system from MEA Water Management as a perfect 2-in-1 solution: the perfect combination of a drainage channel and a kerb.
MEAKERB is particularly suitable for the drainage of urban areas, roads, traffic circles, underpasses or bus stops.
The aim of the project is to improve the capacity of the ''Al Fateh Highway'' through a modern upgrade.
Thanks to the monoblock principle and the different height elements, the structure of the Al Fatah Highway project in Bahrain could be flexibly equipped with our drainage system MEAKERB 500 (1000 m). Thereby, the product of MEA Water Management fulfilled all requirements of the customer:
- Consideration of the high corrosion risk due to the proximity to the sea (no gratings needed when using MEAKERB).
- kerb channel with several different heights
- complete system including accessories
- Integration of accesses for pedestrians and buses
