The office design delivered for Neuca’s Toruń HQ puts employee comfort first, while the finishes and functional solutions stay stylistically consistent across both of the two company’s neighbouring buildings. This project aimed to provide Neuca’s 1,500+ employees with supportive and affirming working environment, so the whole team took part in the decision-making process when it came to space planning. Workstations are now organized with ergonomics in mind. The glass façade offers plenty of natural light and a serene view of the surrounding forest. The interiors have been furnished with solutions for quiet work and effective meetings – including hushPhone office phone booths and hushMeet meeting pods.
