We would also like to highlight that all the homes feature large windows that provide impeccable natural light to the environment, enhancing every detail of the residence.

Finally, we would like to emphasize the focus on sustainability, which is reflected in every detail of the project. This certification, which assesses impact across 10 categories, guides projects toward more sustainable construction by providing significant economic savings, reducing CO2 emissions, and creating healthy indoor environments.
