muenkel design stands for beautiful and versatile fireplace models that you can purchase in different sizes, colors and other designs. However, if you think bigger and are looking for something very exclusive, we will produce our custom-made products.

From a round fireplace to a sideboard, a built-in burner for the kitchen or a tunnel for a disused door, classic chimney shapes in a high-quality version or a room divider with a television - there is almost nothing that doesn't exist. Whatever you imagine, we can usually implement it.

For most of our fireplaces we use a surface made of MDF, various natural stones such as slate or a modern concrete look. However, almost nothing is left to be desired in terms of color, size and surface.

The choice of fireplace insert is also up to you. Almost all custom-made products can be purchased both as an electrical Opti-myst and as a bioethanol fireplace:

Electric fireplaces are becoming more and more similar to classic fireplaces. At least as far as the flame effect of the burning wood is concerned. The main reason for this is the sophisticated Opti-myst technology, which simulates 3D fire incredibly realistically. With electric fireplaces, it is no longer necessary to have flat fire effects that are produced by means of projections. It can also create extremely plastic, spatial flames and smoke effects, which only consist of water and light - without any negative side effects of a real fire, such as smoke, soot on the ceiling or ashes, which are expensive after every use from the fireplace must be removed. Ethanol fires have become increasingly popular in recent years. Since a wood stove cannot be installed in every household and the requirements for operating existing wood fireplaces are becoming ever stricter, people long for an alternative in order to continue enjoying their romantic fireplace. This is where our ethanol burners come in.

Ethanol is a fuel that is completely harmless to health. No smoke is produced during operation, which irritates eyes and lungs, and no chimney is required. The fire can be placed openly in the room or enclosed with glazing. The annoying ash sweep, which every wood stove owner knows, is also eliminated. Ethanol burns without residue. The burner can be easily filled with bioethanol and then burns very cleanly, so that no post-processing is necessary.

SPECIAL PRODUCTION 8 - Room divider with TV

Our SPECIAL PRODUCTION 8 is a room divider consisting of a lower part, in which the selected fireplace insert is integrated, and an upper part, into which a television can be inserted. A sound bar or niches for game consoles can also be planned.

The SPECIAL PRODUCTION 8 is usually placed in the middle of a room because it has the best effect here. But mounting in front of a wall is also conceivable.

This chimney is usually further processed by a drywaller, but other claddings are also conceivable.

SPECIAL PRODUCTION 7 - Room divider with transparency

The puristic SPECIAL PRODUCTION 7 is a straight fireplace, the flames of which can be admired from two sides - a so-called tunnel.

The SPECIAL PRODUCTION 7 is manufactured as standard with a concrete look, but other designs are of course also possible. This minimalist fireplace can be individualized in a variety of ways: the base can be made higher or lower, with the electric version, heating with 2,000 watts of power is possible, or glazing on one or both sides (half-height).

SPECIAL PRODUCTION 1 - hanging round chimney

We offer something very unusual with the SPECIAL PRODUCTION 1. Like the SPECIAL PRODUCTION 8, this fireplace consists of an upper and a lower part. While the lower part contains the fireplace insert, the upper part represents a chimney, which, however, does not need an outside connection, but is only of a decorative nature and is intended to underline the appearance of a classic wood-burning fireplace. The SPECIAL PRODUCTION 1 can be constructed as a ceiling or as a free-hanging variant.

This fireplace is the center of every room. With seating around it, it will be a pleasure for many hours.
