Les LOGIS de BRUNET: a residence of 16 renovated buildings with :

- Etanchéité buildings

- Rénovation facades: ITE (rock wool/wood wool) + biosourced cladding

- Réhabilitation wet rooms (bathroom, kitchen, sanitary facilities)

Architect Sébastien Labastie has done a magnificent job of giving rhythm to the facades by alternating waves, using a mix of our COVER 6 and COVER 14 slats.

Resistant and maintenance-free, the cladding will also be very easy to live with for landlord Erilia.

A fine example of the added value of our façade solutions for the renovation of multi-family housing.

And let's not forget the deployment of the Neocollect programme on this project, enabling the recovery and recycling of offcuts from the 3,000 m2 of cladding installed: nothing is lost, everything is reused!
