Tailor-made marquetry

This private project; "Concrete Flat" signed by Rodolphe Parente Architecture & Design was inspired by David Lynch's TV show Twin Peaks in order to create a functional place with a unique atmosphere.

The mass concrete intended as a finishing coat over the walls, ceiling and the interior design is mixed with shiny brass built-in furniture and a red mahogany marquetry floor especially design for this project.

The choice of the wood species, wood quality, technical construction, dimensions and special finishing are all elements decided with the architect in order to create a customized product for this unique interior concept.
