Playrite''s Conqueror 40 3G tufted synthetic grass was installed by Dura-sport Ltd. Conqueror 40 is a third generation (3G) outdoor sports surface filled with sand and rubber. It looks like grass and offers similar playing characteristics. The rubber infill allows studded boots to be used for extra grip, in addition to providing extra shock absorption. Manufactured using a fine fibrillated polyethylene yarn, it can be used for football and hockey. Tested to meet National hockey standards as well as meeting FIFA 1 star equivalent IATS and EN15330 part 1.

The facility is open to the general public for hire and is now being used for both 11-a-side matches as well as midweek and weekend 6/7-a-side leagues.
