Record-Breaking Month: PH Insulation Manufactures 938 Refrigeration Doors in November

PH Insulation has exported 25% of the doors produced in November to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Estonia, and other countries

In November 2021, PH Insulation, ProfHolod in Russia, has manufactured a record number of doors per month – 938 refrigeration and industrial doors for customers around the world. That is up 14% compared to the same month in 2020.

Output growth has followed the surging export sales and construction of new food production facilities in Russia.

Year by year PH Insulation's doors prove to consumers all over the world their high quality for maintaining temperature in cold rooms, and for the separation of rooms in supermarkets, trade, HoReCa, healthcare, and manufacturing facilities.

The most popular doors in November has been hinged refrigeration single and double leaf doors: they accounted for 60% of door orders.

PH Insulation has exported 25% of all the doors produced in November to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Estonia, and other countries.

The record 938th hinged refrigeration door will keep below zero temperature inside a freezing chamber at a food production facility in Russia. The door size: 900 mm х 1900 mm, thickness – 100 mm, color – white RAL 9003/RAL 9003. The door comes with the factory-installed hardware by the French manufacturer Fermod.

PH Insulation has started refrigeration doors' manufacturing in 2010, and now delivers 16 types of doors for refrigeration chambers and industrial premises: hinged, sliding, industrial, swinging, and gas-tight doors for fruit and vegetables storages.
