If interior design is probably not the first thing that you should look at when you choose a restaurant, we must admit that it has become the main factor in our decision-making process. The use of fresh, seasonal and local products, the quality of the service, the cleanliness (for crying out loud!)…we’re afraid that all of this comes second to design. Who cares about food as long as we’re experiencing something that is visually striking! We come to taste design more than anything else!
