Locally manufactured, high-design creations from an American trio
Established in 2011, Egg Collective is a Brooklyn-based design company founded by three friends: Stephanie Beamer, Crystal Ellis and Hillary Petrie. With emphasis on local craftsmanship and sophisticated design, Egg Collective is one of the shooting stars of the American design world. They received the distinction of “Best New Designer” at ICFF in 2012 and were part of a privileged handful to be commissioned by the New York City Ballet’s David H. Koch Theater for the creation of a permanent seating installation. All of their products are American-made, not to mention entirely droolworthy. We’d certainly love to find their Davies Mirror in our stocking this year.
So, will the Egg Collective ladies be getting a lump of coal from Santa Claus? We asked and they answered.
