Spectacular luxury treehouses in Tuscany let you sleep above lavender-covered hills

As if a summer getaway to Tuscany isn't dreamy enough, feast your eyes on this spectacular treehouse set within stunning lavender-covered hills

Renzo Stucchi left his job as a CEO in Milan to build the treehouse, which is part of Farmhouse La Piantata, a bed and breakfast set in the Italian countryside. The treehouse, named Suite Bleue, is set eight meters off the ground in a handsome century-old oak tree.

Surrounded by 12 hectares of lavender hills, Suite Bleue offers spectacular views that can be enjoyed from an outdoor terrace. Despite its rustic appearance, the 44-square-meter treehouse offers luxury accommodations, from its four-poster double bed and spacious bathroom to a stocked fridge with champagne, sparkling wine, and more.

The treehouse is accessible via a spiral staircase. Farmhouse La Piantata also offers other accommodation options, including the 87-square-meter Black Cabin raised on stilts. You can book a night at the treehouse on the La Piantata website.
