Whether it’s the interiors of Panama’s American Trade Hotel or the Heath Ceramics' store in San Francisco, each environment created by the multi-disciplinary firm elicits pangs of envy, just for the basic fact that only an occasional visit is possible.

Thankfully, the Brooklyn-based furniture company West Elm has made owning a piece of Commune possible with a new collaborative furniture range that debuted this week. Comprised of over 50 objects and accessories that exude Commune’s sophisticated yet carefree style, the collection unites craftsmanship, materials and design, at an attainable price point to boot.

‘Working with West Elm and our team of architects and craftsman, we focused on developing a collection that was dynamic and could fit effortlessly in any environment,’ says Roman Alonso of Commune. ‘It was important to highlight the integrity of the materials and maintain a familiar narrative throughout.’

From sofas, armchairs and lighting, to colourful accent items such as stained glass hanging panels, leather baskets and wooden fruit bowls, the collection is comprised of tactile yet adaptable pieces that will easily suit any room in the home.
